Favorable weather is forecast today as high pressure extends into north Florida. This brings lighter winds from the north and sunny skies with just a few low topped cumulus clouds moving onshore by late afternoon. For backup day Friday, moisture increases as we get into deeper onshore flow from the east with a weak trough over south Florida. This could bring isolated showers northward, just south of the Spaceport, especially later in the day towards the end of the window. Therefore, the POV is 20% Friday for the Cumulus Cloud Rule.
