Therefore, the POV is 10% for the Cumulus Cloud Rule. For the backup day Tuesday, the pressure gradient tightens again, increasing winds to 15-20 kts with scattered cumulus clouds and an isolated shower possible. The POV for the backup day is 20% for the Cumulus Cloud Rule.
