Starlink 6-22 - L-1 Day

A low pressure area is located between Florida and Bermuda, with a boundary stretching across North Florida. As the low strengthens, it will pull the boundary south into Central Florida, bringing showers and storms with periods of heavy rainfall and very strong wind gusts. The activity is expected to become more limited overnight and through the day Friday before the boundary finally pushes south of the area. The primary launch weather concerns Friday evening are lingering cumulus and thick cloud layers that should clear through the window. Saturday will be significantly drier, limiting the threat of clouds and showers, though liftoff winds will be from the most unfavorable direction.
