Forecast Discussion

Space Launch Delta 45

Forecast Discussion: The axis of a surface ridge will remain sprawled just south of the area today, transitioning slowly northward tomorrow. Deeper onshore flow will develop in response, peaking Friday although winds will remain relatively light. While morning fog and low clouds should be less extensive compared to recent days, additional low-level moisture will be imported into the area, resulting in increased coverage of Atlantic showers over the next couple of days. A few of these may be more successful in pushing onto the coast, especially on Saturday. However, the extent of any onshore-moving showers is still expected to be rather limited and transient.
