Forecast Discussion

Space Launch Delta 45

The stretch of beautiful Spring weather will continue as a strong area of high pressure becomes centered over the Florida peninsula today. This high will be in control of our weather through the next several days, bringing plentiful sunshine, diminishing winds, and gradually rising temperatures. Tomorrow will feature much of the same, with the only concern being a very small threat for a Cumulus Cloud Rule violation during the launch window. On Thursday, the high’s center will gradually slide to the southeast, bringing a more southerly low level flow. There will be a slight increase in moisture with scattered upper level clouds, but the overall air mass will remain dry as the high pressure continues to be in control. Conditions again look favorable for Thursday, with the concerns being just a small risk for the Cumulus Cloud Rule and Thick Cloud Layer Rule.
